iam hear if erling haland negotiate to joint  barcelona, is true or only rumor
It is a rumour that is always spreading.
Barcelona right now has a big problem with their management and also financiual.
It is probably very hard to get such kind of Halland to come to their club.
Currently, it is also rumoured that Mbappe will come to Barcelona, but this is only a rumour, in fact, Mbappe maybe coming to Real Madrid next year.

...
It is a rumour
Barcelona is also rumored to have Xavi as their coach, but once more they still don't do it. Many expect Barcelona to turn back their glorious, but it seems very hard to do right now moreover with this kind of club condition.

Yes there are so many rumours. But exactly, Xavi may be one if the ways to bring up Barcelona to Europe leage again. Although ut will not be easy and he must have so many homeworks to the club, But with his experience  he may be able to do it.
And there are also some transfer target to do to that club. They are Raheem Sterling from Man City and Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger

The transfer window is open, and most teams are looking at player who will improve the quality in their teams, and one team that is so eager to add to their team is Arsenal, they are in need of a high profile attacker, someone who knows how to finish and get some reasonable number of goals every season.Someone who loves to score goals just as Haaland and Kane does for their different clubs respectively. Some rumours are saying they are after Ivan Toney of Brendfort, and are looking forward to tabling an official bid for the striker, but I don't think Arsenal will not be able to pay the kind of money Brendfort wants, and that will make them back off.

Yep. January transfer window is open. But I think there will no big transfer because it is in the middle of the competition. The teams who want to improve their squad, probably will get few players who aren't the main players in their current teams.

one team that is so eager to add to their team is Arsenal, they are in need of a high profile attacker, someone who knows how to finish and get some reasonable number of goals every season.
Arsenal has Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah, I think they are good strikers. I think Arsenal is better to optimize the ability of these strikers than trying to sign new strikers. Signing new strikers doesn't guarantee to fix the problem, the new players need time to adapt with the new club. Sometimes they need more than 1year to be able to play in the best level again.

Some rumours are saying they are after Ivan Toney of Brendfort, and are looking forward to tabling an official bid for the striker, but I don't think Arsenal will not be able to pay the kind of money Brendfort wants, and that will make them back off.
Why Arsenal must sign Ivan Toney? Is this stiker better than Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah? Unless Arsenal can sign Osimhen or Mbappe, I think they are better to focus on improving their existing strikers.

Barcelona in Mason Greenwood talks? Deco spotted meeting with Man Utd football director John Murtough ahead of summer transfer window
Barcelona director Deco reportedly met Manchester United's football director John Murtough and negotiations director Matt Hargreaves.

I am actually surprised. Barcelona have money?
I did not think so.
A Club that is struggling to even register players somehow going form of players, it does not make sense.

Anyway if they can afford and if Manchester United is actually willing to take bids, I guess Barcelona could go for him. Send for some reason I also believe that if he goes to Barcelona from Manchester United he will start performing at least a little better. But Barcelona should be very careful because they are still in a lot of debt. So they should not spend money like crazy. Barcelona should still look to get players on loan. That is going to be a great value for money for them

They are not signing any player without releasing someone. There's a recent report that there's an offer for Raphinha that exceeds the €80m initial valuation for the player. The amount is coming from a Saudi team and that should be more than enough to cover the estimated price for Mason which is around €50m.

Barcelona still seems to want to keep their players, but at the same time they also have to make money if they want new players to join their squad. The problems faced by Barcelona so far have made it difficult for them to move.

In fact, they could sell a high-value player like Frenkie de Jong, but they will also be doubtful about whether or not they will get a player who has the same abilities later, because if not they will be at risk of going down even further.

It's understandable that they want to keep players that brings value to them in terms of performance but they are not in a position to buy players with potential and let go of players with lesser quality. They will be forced to sell some of their good pieces as well to balance or improve the club's financial position
