Crypto market is always volatile and most of the time almost unpredictable. At this current market my suggestion would be you can sell half of your eth and then hold the rest. After the market goes down then you can use the fund and buy more eth. This will keep in a safe place most of the time.

There are no tricks or shortcuts to becoming rich or successful, you have to put in the work by doing a research or analysing the market, if you don't know how to do that then learn how to analyse the market, I remember when ETH broke the $1000 mark price, so many people sold and today they are regretting it cause eth has been above $1000 for over 2months now, the trick to trading altcoin is simple just buy a potential altcoin and hodl it.

I want to discuss how to address the market which is currently green.

From your example, I don't think selling eth at $1000 and hoping it will go back $100 is a good plan, you can how it has rose and now its above $2,000, your wish of getting eth at $100 is just like saying bitcoin would go back  $3k-10k which right now seems quite impossible, so instead of selling why not just hold.

I think any trick can be done for investing but if a bearish trend occurs then the panic will always be there, it might be hard for us to see ethereum price go back to $100, but in crypto, anything can happen and the price can change fast because every trader has many tricks for it. get profit fast then buy other coins at a lower price
