Selling your tokens before Market up

This has happened many times before with me. It sometimes hurt me a lot in the beginning. It often happened that the prices went up after the tokens were sold, so I was very upset on the situation, But that's when I started working in crypto. But now I understand that this is a market and prices fluctuate in the market.There is nothing wrong if you sell them first and then the price goes up because you took advantage of it religiously.

I understand how you feel when the coins you are selling are listed on several exchanges and after a few months, the coins are listed on Top exchanges like Binance.
It often happens in every project, sell it when we need the money and hold it if we don't really need it to get bigger profits in the future.

Like you said, I believe this has happened to almost every cryptocurrency trader because it is also obvious that you cannot always get the bottom to buy in and the top to sell out but as long as financial losses were not incurred during that miss, well it is still a gain to me because that is what I mostly try to minimize.

These things happen with most of the traders or investors but If you achieve the set target for your coins then you should not worry whether it will continue to rise more. You must be satisfied with your decision. Its not like that every time your analysis will be wrong. This is the market where sometimes big experts also fail to analyze.

I actually find it so funny that you are not alone with this sometimes discouraging experience...it happened to me many times in the past, and it is also the same story with many of my friends. Sometimes they were shocked to find that right after selling the coin or token the price immediately made a good pump. However, I now realized that instead of feeling bad, we should console ourselves by recognizing that we are actually making already profits when we made the sale. Had it been otherwise (the coin or token made a dump), we can be feeling so bad as well. The best advice for all of us is to move on once we are done with a  specific coin or token unless we are into trading. And when you have already sold them, there is no need to track its movement as its pump can just be causing us some anxiety.

In a bear market, I usually sell coins right away, but in a growing market during the altseason, it is better to keep some of the tokens as growth is possible.

I will sell half of the bounty tokens to the exchange and keep half of it.
I often do this because I have lost due to not being late selling coins quickly, at that time the market was in a bearish trend and the tokens I owned did not have the current price.

Sometimes it can happen that i sell my bounty tokens at the listing time with higher price but later its price huge fall, sometimes i sell and pump after my sold out. It should be taken as normal, there is no regret or lament. 
Crypto market is uncertain, so whatever price you received, take it simple and cash is the mental satisfaction for investors.

This happens to lot of people which include me when you are holding a coin the price will not increase the price might be stable but after selling the price will start increasing that's why in Cryptocurrency you need to have patience as long as you are holding a good coin you don't have to be scared and you don't have to sell when the price is still low until you are in profit or satisfied with you profit.

What Can i Do? I Am Poor Man. So i Sold My Token This Down Price For Family Maintenance. I Was Youcoin, Amepay and Polkadot But I Sold That In Down Price For Maintenance. If i Could Hold All I Would Be Huge Benefited. But Nothing To Do i Had To Manage My Family Expanse. If i Get Any Opportunity in Future  i will But And Hold Thats Coin.

I've had this same experience many times to be sincere, and I tend to forget about the hurtful one which is the most recent one but anytime I come across a post like this, it's draws me back to this mistake and it's really hurtful, but I understand that it's done, it's done, there's nothing I or anyone can really do about it except to learn from it, I sold 24 eth at the rate of three hundred and fifty dollars each and just two months down the line, each eth was worth above a thousand dollars, I really hope I never make this kind of mistake again.
