It is possible that what you say will happen, but everything would be better if instead of waiting for some kind of regulator people had knowledge and awareness of what they are doing. Blindly following what someone says seems like something from centuries ago, in the 21st century information is available to us with a few clicks, but people do not want to learn. In the bullish period, Whales spread many many good news to accelerate their gains and at a certain point they stop their motivational speech and turn into cautionary speech. Then they start to find out any bad news about crypto. If they got, they spread that news to create panic so that innocent and small investors will lost their hopes, become panic and sell their assets. Then whales fill up their bags again and start again good news. We have to be cautious and don't listen any words of whales.

Yeah, I think the time when there is so much good news is when we have to be cautious because whales want holders to keep holding crypto so whales can sell at high prices.
There are continuous FUDs at the moment, but none of them are really big: China has long been crypto-unfriendly, Tesla's actions based on BTC mining energy are misguided… I also believe this is just a way for whales to collect more coins to get more profit. I just read the news for fun, I don't believe in them. All market movements are shown on charts, not on news sites.

I agree, now whales are trying to fill their bags for the next pump. Actually, we are still far from the end of bullish, just look at the historical chart of the previous bullish trend. Even, most of us believe that the price of Bitcoin potentially reaches $100K this year. But the price just reached around $60K+, then there is a huge dump. It is very very suspicious, I don't think it is the way of the beginning of the bearish trend. So, just keep holding and don't care with FUDs made by whales.
