4. Get approval from management for your language based video
5. Create videos based on given content and apply for review
6. Your video will get approval and publish, then you get your 5000 $NWT tokens

The Deadline for submission is SEPTEMBER 15, 2023

why don't you contact him/apply according to the instructions he provided in the first post? or just share the details with your familiar one and let him contact them by himself.
OP already stated he's looking for multiple content creators. so even if he found some there are good chance that your friend will get a chance too considering this is a token paying job I guess there will be a lot of available spots.
