The market has been really down for quite a long term, which is very draining for all, most especially those that joined the crypto space late last year. But the truth of the matter is, it won't forever be like this.

Aside that, there is always an opportunity in every market situation. Luckily for me, I came across trofi exchange, we can all benefit from their great features to maximise the best of this volatility in the market. Their buy low earn+ feature tops it all for me, as I can stake my stablecoin with huge APRs while buying my preferred tokens at a price lower than current market price. It's such a way of increasing one's fund while accumulating gems for the long term.

There is no doubt how devastating the market is currently and it's quite unfortunate there is little or nothing we can do about the market manipulation but we can only manage risk and play around with the whales in the market as we wait the market recovery.

In this market condition, I believe its best to apply proper risk management while trading or DCA technique so as not to miss out entirely from the dip opportunity but its never an option to sell at this market situation.
I made sure to stake all my holdings to avoid the temptation of selling at loss and I also earn passively for staking on trofi exchange, offers higher apr as compared to other exchanges.

It's not easy to make money on regular basis from the bear market I feel genuinely holding is the best option in the current market conditions. But if you are insisting on daily trading I would advise you to find at least 5 coins that move daily up and down with good trading volume So that one can do trading with less risk from such currencies to make money in the bear market.

The bearish period in this market will probably end soon. I hope that this will happen this fall. The catalyst for growth could be the successful completion of the two-year Ethereum network upgrade, which is scheduled for September 16th. A long crypto winter is not beneficial to anyone. In order to make money, whales also need movement in this market. Now everyone, if possible, has already purchased a potential cryptocurrency for price growth, so we are waiting for good news in this market.
