It is not unusual, it happens in every aspect of life. There are clever people out there, and they will happily take advantage of other's greed and or 'stupidity'. People have flocked to the crypto space expecting to make millions in months, it's just not realistic. Scammers know this and are ready and waiting to take advantage. It's like lambs to the slaughter. An old saying rings true, 'If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is'. Don't give away your hard earned money without researching as much as possible, and even then, be prepared to lose everything.
