I suspect this is something that many bitcoin users would be very supportive of.

I would imagine they would be sympathetic to that,  but they also need to be cognizant of the surrounding government's policies as well.

Now to specifically answer the OP question of how we can help Liberland (and really other micronations holding similar views)...awareness and official recognition seem to be the two largest limiting factors.
I wrote the above article specifically with helping on the awareness side of things and shared to my FB. On the recognition side of things, while petitions only go so far, I do think it would be beneficial to put something out for people to sign calling for existing bodies such as other countries and the UN to recognize the legitimacy of Liberland.

I own both a Trezor and a Ledger Nano S, so I thought I would give a quick comparison of the two.  I will talk about what I like and dislike about both of them.  Both of them are great devices and will keep your bitcoin secure, but they both have different aspects that are better than the other.
 Trezor
 Pros:
 Better wallet software (You can label transactions and sync them to Dropbox)
 Ability to create an infinite number of hidden accounts by using passwords on top of the seed
 Password manager available (Encrypt all of your password accounts with a different bitcoin keypair)
 U2F support
 Cons:
 When recovering wallet from seed, you must type your words on the computer keyboard (out-of-order, but still)
 Screen not protected
 More expensive (~$99 USD)

About 5 to 6 years ago I bought around $50us worth of bitcoin, and tried a auction site. I wasn't able to purchase anything, and I had many things going on so I gave up.  At this point, I know it was at least 5 years and 3 laptops later and I have no idea where it is. I am wondering if anybody knows if there were many companies selling at that time? If not, what were the main companies tied to auction sites? Any ideas on how to find out?

I bought $280 worth of Bitcoin yesterday and received  an email confirmation that my payment was submitted and then a another email confirmation that my payment was approved.  I purchased the Bitcoin through buy.bitcoin.com.  I am unable to find this transaction on the blockchain or my wallet.  The adress I used was: removed for security concerns.
 
I have the simplex payment ID however I'm unsure if it secure to post that.  Can someone please help!  The only option I feel like I have right now is to do a chargeback but I don't want to be blacklisted!

Which of these smart contract platforms are the best? Or which will prevail in the long term? Will it be Tron or EOS? As far as I know, both promise unparalleled TPS and cheap fees. If they continue to grow in terms of development and innovation, then they could easily outpace Ethereum in the future.

Nevertheless, my pick would be EOS as it has an experienced veteran in the blockchain industry known as Dan Larimer. Which would be yours?  Smiley

I'm in need of choosing a "right" (safe, convenient, reliable) online bitcoin wallet for my funds but because of the variety of such wallets and lack of experience in this field it's quite complicated task for me. I'm sure that there are some pitfalls that I don't know or haven't heard about yet and which would affect a lot on the choice.
