If you do good and quality posts then you will get positive karma gift, and if you suggest someone or engage in insulting posts, rude behavior, scamming etc. you will get negative karma.

So be friendly in the forum and make informative discussions and quality posts along with everyone else. So you don't have to focus much on karma, you will get the gift of karma.
