Title: Binance.US Suspends All USD Deposits Following SEC lawsuit
Post by: Sophie Robert on June 09, 2023, 07:26:59 AM
BinanceUS has announced a suspension of USD deposits and potential fiat (USD) withdrawal pause, effective from June 13, 2023. The reason? The SEC’s “extremely aggressive and intimidating tactics” in what Binance.US calls an ideological campaign against the American digital asset industry.

Do you think this conflict between Binance.US and the SEC will have a broader impact on the global cryptocurrency market? If so, how? Comment down your opinion.

Binance US is definitely subject to regulation from the SEC and this has very, very serious impacts on Binance users.
The SEC is really targeting Binance US activities because the regulations in the US are very strict for all digital assets, including cryptocurrency.
Until finally CZ, the CEO of Binance, resigned and this is an illustration of how cruel the regulations from the SEC are, even now the SEC is still looking at Binance's activities and this is very sad.

Even Binance USD (BUSD) has now been removed from the Binance market and this is very sad.
I am sure that Binance will be strong in the future because it has many communities that support it, including myself who trades on Binance every day.
The suspension for Fiat due to SEC regulations has gradually disappeared and now you can make deposits again, but unfortunately the BUSD (Binance USD) coin was euthanized by Binance itself due to regulations provided by the SEC.
