Not at all. The absolute worst company to work with is One Reverse Mortgage. They never approved my loan after months of hoop-jumping to obtain my grandmother, who was in hospice, and we had previously paid all processing and interview expenses. Another lender was located, and a reverse mortgage was quickly and easily obtained allowing her to continue living in her home hospice.
