it seems to me that the good and promising companies do not need airdrops, it's a waste of money and time, if the project is unknown then you can run the airdrop

I don't understand enough about this. Too lack information above. At least, you describe first about Zinoder project with a fairly complete explanation. If you add some pictures, it will be better to see.
