When a project says of itself that it is "community driven", the first thing to keep in mind is that it is a project with a total supply of xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx (or more) tokens, which is intended for people to buy. These "projects" have no future, nor do they solve any problems, nor do they add anything new to the ecosystem, they are only made to get money and then (sooner or later) they disappear leaving people with nothing.

As we all know it's not easy to run a project on own money so they raise the money to keep continuing the development of the project. We all know listing on good exchanges required huge money and one can not manage to pay from its pocket so project developers raise money through ICO and IEOs. A projects fails when dev leave the project abandon like not active on social media groups and not implementing the project roadmap on time or listing coin onlynon small exchanges where liquidity is very less.
