Yes Demand and supply rules contribute on long way to determining the prices fluctuation, yet other reasons that could affect price movement may also include market price speculation, the media influence etc. However, despite these factors, i think it a normal situation, and it will bounce back after some bear periods.

Lot of ICOs are clearly affected by the bearish market in which mostly are using the Etherum platform. If many ICOs were not successful with their campaigns this was due to many people don't want to invest anymore in which it makes the Ethereum platform users to reduced too that no wonder of why Ethereum is not moving up but instead it keeps on falling.
