as somebody said here before - if this is a great and powerful exchange - I recommend you to keep your tokens and see how valuable these will be. if not - sell them

well my personal experience sell immediate personally I always hold bounty tokens but always price drops down to 1x 2x 3x even 10x so better sell and hold btc when you feel that project is worthy buy again in dip that's the good strategy good luck

It all depends on the project that was giving out the tokens.If it is good then there is a chance to go to the exchange and at least sell for some money and if the project is not good then for years it may not go to the exchange

I suggest to hold it first. Usually, after the token enters the exchange and into your wallet the price of most tokens goes down. So you have to be patient first until the price goes up again.
