You have made some point here because I realize most times, gamblers fail to read the terms and conditions of casinos before engaging with them. As I already said (in this and other posts) the selection of moderators, especially global moderators, is done after a long time when we talk about "new" users, in this case a teleported user. I am not saying that @hugeblack is not worthy of being a global moderator, he is a very valuable user for his contributions, what I am saying is that everything has a process of monitoring and following up on candidate users. After that time, @hair and I will propose new moderators (local and global) for the administrator to award the badge to the new moderators.
