I chose a new coin to invest and hold it for a long time, like in the CMC list and I always see the volume of trading, sometimes there is a failure when I invest, a small amount of losses is reasonable, but when I have new coins that have a price Good for 1 to 3 years from me holding it, I think this is an advantage by holding more than 1 coin.

My knowledge on cryptocurrency and the strategies i use are,
1..invest what you can afford to lose
 2. Invest in top potential coins(long term projects)  that are capable and sure of generating huge profits like the top coins on CMC.
3.Be careful with short term projects if at all you must risk to invest, know when to back out and little investment you can afford to lose is okay.
4. Avoid pump and dump schemes.
