What is SEA Protocol?

Where We’re Going
Currently, we are still under heavy development.

We will focus on the APTOS chain in the short term.

The process is following:

Contract. The contract part is almost done, we need more tests;
SDK. The typescript/javascript SDK is on the way, maybe released next week;
UI/UX part is in design.
We hope we can launch the first usable version next month.

the long term, we will be an appchain. why?

place orders, and cancel orders with 0 gas is very important for perpetual market, 0 gas is not possible in L1s;
Aptos/Sui is fast, but not fast enough. We need more than 10,000 TPS for trading in many markets, including spot, perpetual, forex, and synthetic markets sovereignty. With sovereignty, our token can get more value.
