Crypto prices increase or trap?

Is the bull market starting now or just a trap? I see crypto and marketcap prices increasing this week. What is your opinion? Do I have to wait for prices to decline or start buying when crypto has increased?

For me i think you must wait for the prices to be declined and start buying on it. Because if the price will increased its mean its stable already and prices is high. Even me i prefer to buy when price are low so that in time when price will rise i can have a better profit in the end.

To be honest, there is no certainty or a strong statement from crypto experts that bull market will come at the end of this end, at the beginning of next year, in 2020, or in 2021. I read some tips and suggestion but those seem not really to work.
