I totally agree since I also think we won't see many drastic changes in BTC and ETH prices. Still, some coins (like XRP lately) could moon on their own to get into better position for a possible bull run. I was actually surprised to see XRP moon for almost 100% some days ago, because of all the FUD this project had to endure on its course. Very interesting!
