I just read this news in different media, I have read a total of 4 articles and it seems to be true, Do Kwon has been sending money in private wallets. All the news contain the same amount, $80,000,000 each month, the source of the news is a South Korean TV. Not only is the South Korean government continuing to investigate, but the SEC also says it has multiple reports confirming the news.

Do you think we will soon see a LUNA 3.0 to fix this? From Do Kwon I already believe anything to avoid having responsibilities.

When I talked about LUNA 3.0 it was sarcasm. I hope that LUNA 3.0 never exists, just like version 2.0 should never have existed. Version 2.0 seems to me as an insult to investor intelligence perpetrated by Do Kwon and many exchanges, that's why I will never understand why there are people who invest again. After all the people who have lost their funds, if Do Kwon has really been hiding that amount of money every month, I hope he will at least go to jail, as well as clear all doubts from the SEC and the Ministry of Finance from South Korea.

We will need more time to get more information and court ruling. After the fall of UST & LUNA, things got too bad for Terra and Do Kwon. Hopefully the market will not suffer any more negative news from this ecosystem.

Kwon is facing a difficult situation, hope the SEC investigates the money in Kwon's wallet soon, large amounts of money are very suspicious, I don't think the money was used to manipulate the price of LUNA or anything else related to Kwon's profit, hopefully there will be an update from the SEC so that this matter resolved soon.

If that's true, then this is a premeditated crime. And it is very detrimental to other people, this should be able to go to court and Do Kwon in law because of his actions. It seems that there is no hope for LUNA anymore, even though there will be a new version of the LUNA project growing.

I think exactly the same as @MrSpasybo. It is too soon to be able to talk about whether Do Kwon is innocent or guilty, first the South Korean Ministry of Finance must end the investigation and the SEC must do the same, although I suppose that after the declarations of both organizations, the investigations they are already very advanced. I only hope that if finally Do Kwon has really done that and is judged, he feels the full weight of the law on his back and that all the money he has hidden is returned to the investors.
