Bart candle shakeouts have been brutal with the wicks on margin trading... I think it respects technical analysis still but you really have to respect where you put your stop losses, because whales are gunning for you on Bitfinex/Bitmex.

It needs to be something with better tools like Bitfinex has..its insane to me that Binance doesn't ahve trailing stops or OCO orders.... and I'd really like to see lending on the platform as well.

Waves Forum / Re: Waves

Waves team is thrilled to announce a partnership with Wirex, a hybrid personal finance platform that provides crypto wallets linked to physical and virtual Visa debit cards: https://blog.wavesplatform.com/waves-pushes-into-uk-with-wirex-integration-b62d181d2ba8

Thanks for the article, really informative... looks like for sure Waves will be able to survive this bear market and continue onward and upward in 2020!

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Do you'll Sale bitcoin on today?

Until we are out of the bear market (back above 6k as support) everyone will be buying the dip, shorting the rally, which is why bear markets last such a long time.. this process can be very choppy with up and down gains and will not stop til shorters get rekt.. could be a while.. prepare for a consolidating 2019.

Definitely not this year imo... I htink it will take atleast til the beginning of 2020 if not a bit longer.. depends really if the bottom has put in on bitcoin, since it should take about equal time that the bear market lasts to hit bottom, to work its way back up.

Waves Forum / Re: Waves potential in crypto

Getting a nice pullback in price on waves which was much needed, maybe here in a couple of weeks will be a good buying oppurtunity.... feeling pretty bullish that waves will survive this bear market.

I guess the counterargument is if you dont require KYC could it be an SEC violation.. I still don't see enough evidence through current cases that this will be the case any time soon, but with security tokens becoming more and more popular, there will likely be more KYC heading into 2019 unfortunately.

2020 I think will be the year.. I was hoping it would be sooner, but the more I think about it, we may need the halving to help us break this bear market cycle.. I'm bearish until we get above 6k again which I feel will be atleast 6-12 months.

Waves Forum / Re: Waves vs EOS Which Is Better?
« on: January 03, 2019, 05:49:10 AM »
Given those two choices I certainly like Waves a lot better, and their DEX actually has some pretty decent volume... the overall package seems well rounded and functions quite well... I'm not a fan of the lending of waves function but everything else seems great!  EOS just has too many problems for me, and I ju st feel like the creator will leave to go to another new project when he gets bored.

Looks like it is not happening today. Bitcoin is moving up but Eth is the one that is really performing well in the last 24 hours or so. There may be an increase in purchasing power but the interest on cryptocurrencies is still no manifesting.

Eth's rally has been unbelievable almost doubling up from its bottom... I took some profits but could go for above 200$ if we can get past this heavy heavy resistance in this zone :D

26
New events have been adding for the week, some events have ETH rewards mixed in, event rewards have diminished to 5k per game now, but still lots of time to accumulate!

27
Verity is back running events after a short Holiday Break and rewards are back to 10k VTY per event with some ETH mixed in,

It will take many ups and downs and retests to break 6k that I feel will take most of 2019... its just hard to shake people out of shorting the rallies until they get absolutely rekt on a short squeeze.. I wouldn't get too emotional or upset though, its just a part of the process.

29
People will short every rally in a bear market until they get rekt.. and this is no different.. until we break 6k the bear market will continue.. I disagree that it has to be taken out soon though, since I think the bear market will now continue through most of 2019, and will take most of that to retest and break 6k.
