Your tokens can be trade to an autorized exchanger, it really depends the owner where to list their tokens, example, if they list on mercatox then you can trade your token only in mercatox, if they list in other exchanges like binance you can also trade on mercatox and binance. The more exchanger they applied the more choices.

For beginner, you can try mercatox. Mercatox is simple and easy. I do not know how safe it is. Also you can try etherdelta and forkdelta , these are decentralised exchange. You should learn first, before start to trade.

You did not mention here which tokens you bearing into your account. No problem. There are lots of exchanger into Coinmarketcap. You can search here in which exchanger your token exchanging.So there you can exchange your token easily by creating an account into that exchanger.
