I already bought ETH when it dipped to around $75. I think we've established a good base of support. The prices may go up and down, but hopefully it won't break resistance levels like $3200 for BTC.

62
Well I think it's pretty obvious that if they'd go by percentage increase from 2010 to 2020 Bitcoin would win in a landslie haha

Well we had a nice pump today... we just need like 20 more of those and we'll be good again haha

Well maybe not any time soon... but maybe by mid or late next year... or maybe 5 years from now we'll see a 20K+ Bitcoin again.

65
Well it's been more of a race to the bottom, rather than Ethereum jumping up in price to overtake Bitcoin Cash. Personally I don't see the point of BCH. We already have Bitcoin and plenty of other good altcoins.

I'm not sure because I've only started participating... but I think I've found a couple good projects to support that I'd consider buying in an ICO.

You should really be doing the opposite of what the herd is doing. If they want to dump at these low prices, then buy up the coins... in the short term they may go down more, but long term, you'll make a killing.

I can't see things going too much further down. We have to be near the bottom as far as price is concerned. But if it did, I'm just going to keep hoding at this point... no reason not to.

At this point, I don't even care about a bull run... I'd just like the massive dumps and selloffs to stop happening. Maybe some stability with BTC around 5K would be fine by me.

Not sure... but I doubt it'll be cryptocurrency related. But if any corporation COULD make a successful currency, it'd be Facebook.

71
Well hopefully it'll kill off some of the scam and low quality projects and we'll see consolidation in quality coins. And then at some point we'll see tons of people jump back into the market.

Trading (Not crypto) / Re: Cryptocurrency or Stock Market?
« on: December 12, 2018, 05:56:10 AM »
I already have a 401K so I don't really need to invest any more capital into the stock market. I have a feeling that the bull market is going to die for that too.

I think at this point it's sheer stubbornness and the belief that someday the market will come roaring back to life.

There's a good chance that things will turn around massively next year... perhaps as early as January. So it'd be good to pick some more crypto up now... there might be more dips, but it won't matter when the market comes back.

Well if the market is still down, I'll prettymuch be doing the same thing as 2018... investing and accumulating. And perhaps a bit of trading here and there.
