I have been using binance for quite a long time and it has been dominating as one of the leading exchanges. I believe most of the traders first choice is binance because of its easy user interface. I have also been using kucoin and it is also good.

You are correct. It is noncustodial. But let us say Phoenix is noncustodial and another lightning wallet like Aqua or others is noncustodial. Will you be able to recover your lightning coins from Phoenix on another lightning network wallet? I think you will need the same noncustodial wallet for the recovery. If Phoenix is gone and not accessible anymore, you money is gone. Or am I wrong?

A banker-economist told me the rule, "Always take a loan in the currency in which your earnings (regular income)". It is very logical because this way you reduce the possibility of risks that can be caused by fluctuations in the currency in which your loan is made.
For example, you took a loan in BTC a year ago, when BTC was $30k. Now it is 2x more, but your income is still tied to USD and certainly not twice as much. It is clear that the situation causes a lot of pain here for you.
