it is better to buy and hodl coins that are stable. When the bear is over, then look for coins that have high ability to rise than being stable.

I think EOS, and I would recommend you to buy and hold EOS. why should I choose EOS because EOS has good technology and also in the future everyone will definitely use it even though now the price is very low but EOS has great potential. Because overall you can check out the many young coins discussed, so it's only your choice. I will not believe in a new ICO because at least half of them are fraudulent.
