How to avoid sending bitcoins "high fees" with coinbase

Yeh this is a really useful one, I don't know any exchanes that offer free withdrawls with BTC, ETH and LTC.
There really is no catch, they are paying the transactions fees over GDAX probably with the fee revenue from Coinbase!
- Transfers between Coinbase and GDAX are free and instant
- Withdrawls of out of GDAX are free
- Maker orders are 0% fee
You can literally buy in with fiat for free, send it out to a desktop wallet for free. I don't know anywhere else where it's possible to be honest.
The only thing I don't trust is their fiat conversion. Whenever I said from a GBP bank account the EUR received is upto 3% less. Even though they claim SEPA despoits are free, and it's only the SEPA withdrawls are come with a 0.3% fee.

This is why I like the coinbase GDAX combination so much. You can recommend Coinbase to every crypto beginner that just needs an easy start when buying Cryptos and doesn't mind the fees, but can switch over to GDAX without hassle, when wanting something more technical and want lower fees. Still one of my top recommendations with regards to exchanges.

I guess the only catch is when GDAX servers get overloaded it can lead to a flash crash!
