Is mercatox still operational ?
I tried to check the site a couple times the last few days, wasn't able to reach it! anyone knows what's up with that ?

As a matter of facts, most of this meme exchanges can always come up with different operational issues from time to time.
I think they might had some technical issues or may site could be down for maintenance. I will try to check the web site after 24hours to confirm.

I think that Mercatox is already considered as a very stable crypto exchange and is one of the leading ones maybe at least in the top 20 list. Now, any exchange can experience some technical problems or will be updating their platforms from time to time. I am sure they send the situation to their users via email.

I don't know but whenever I see these kind of maintenance notices, my heart skips a beat or two. In most cases, it is an exit scam. BcNex and one other exchange comes to mind. Though I'm not saying Mercatox is scammy

I am using mercatox also about 1 month ago and all is fine. And also never get bad experience until now but I am not really using mercatox for daily trading or saving money.

Btw. I was using Mercatox maybe 2 years ago and I had problem to withdraw my ETH. Finally they sent me them. But after that I stopped to use this exchange.

May be they are in a maintanance. I also had an account in their site and used it for trading. That exchange is lack of liquidity i think. They take a big amount of money for listing new project but those project don't have much trading volume after listing. Also their support is not very active or good. I faced many issue with that exchange.
