Title: "Women in crypto" board - my observation.
Post by: Fivestar4everMVP on January 18, 2024, 11:32:01 AM
So, I was surfing the forum, going from one board to the other looking for an interesting topic to read and possibly comment on  ;D, then I found the Women in crypto (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=331.0) board, I clicked and opened the board, found some topics which I opened and read, but on trying to comment, I discovered I can't comment or engage in the discuss possibly because I am not a woman  :).

But I returned back to the board's page and discovered that I can actually start a new thread/topic there..

@admin, I think it makes no sense for a man to be able to start a new topic on a board where men are not allowed to post comments, or engage in discussions.

So, you should look into this and confirm if I am right, and have it rectified.

You (male) or other members can make a topic and reply to topics in the women's subforum but can't see and reply in the "Girls Private Board" (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=332.0) section

Your question is good and you keep looking for the information you want to know.
Here I will explain in detail or if it is less detailed, please keep replying to my reply.

See this proof that they (men) have replied and made a topic.
- https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=250723.0
- https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=149826.0

Even new members make 4 posts can make a topic in the Women Subforum:

Except, if you want to reply and make a topic on the "Girls Private Board" it can't, because it's specifically for those of us who have Pink Girls Club badge.

Do you now club?
Do you know the Manchester United Soccer Club Soccer?
Well, only chosen people can play soccer at the Manchester United club, everyone can watch it.
Everyone can support it but we (ordinary people) cannot play directly in Manchester United.
That is part of the figurative from Girls Club at Women in Crypto.

One more thing, to have this pink badge is difficult for us because we have to go through various stages of verification to the admin and for making the women's subforum also need an old analysis (November 24, 2018) to be able to make it by the admin and our friends when they struggled to be in this Altcoinstalks forum.
Now you just came, with the type of teleportation and immediately want to delete the women's subforum?
You are extraordinary !
Come on, friend!

Hello sir/sis
What is wrong with you that you are so sensitive to the forum or there is something wrong with the forum, please explain more clearly and it seems that you really want to enter the women's forum whether you are a woman or a man who wants to be a woman, for the moderator who I respect, please investigate what this person means and what he wants.
This is proof of his contribution which I think is very useless.

Haha, I was going to say the same, he is being Anti-feminist hehe, not want to use this word as its a little heavy one but it's just a joke please don't take my words seriously. I did not mean to dishearten you. By the way till now, I don't think I have made any posts in that section, as I thought only women could make replies and posts in that section.

If women have to go through KYC stage in order to get that pink badge then I don't think a men will ever complete his KYC to get a black Badge ever. We will never do KYC hehe. Privacy matters. I think for girls it don't  :D :D :D

Note: Please don't mind my words if it hurts anyone, I was trying to be funny.

@admin, I think it makes no sense for a man to be able to start a new topic on a board where men are not allowed to post comments, or engage in discussions.

So, you should look into this and confirm if I am right, and have it rectified.

See the topic returned by our modz in Women in Crypto (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=315737.msg1476200#msg1476200), you can try it easily and not take up much time.
You just just touch the "New Topic" button and you can immediately make the topic quickly.

What are you concerned about?
You don't try anything at the Women in Crypto subforum and immediately suggest to the admin to immediately delete the subforum, you are too silly in our opinion.

We are in Altcounstalks that requires a long struggle from year to year and we continue to be in this forum observing all members expecting the "Girls Club" community.
But you expect the admin to destroy the Women in Crypto subforum like burning tissue with a lighter that is immediately scorched. We don't like that! :'(

No, this is not funny because this concerns the continuity of the Women in Crypto subforum.
Even though you are joking (I know that), but this position we are not joking. :(
I also hope that you support our rights here by giving freedom of expression in the Women in Crypto Subforum.

This member (Fivestar4evermvp) (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=75951) has many blunders and personally I disagree with his advice!
I will specify what he has done to his statement:
-He does not appreciate the history of making the women's subforum in crypto.
-He does not respect us as members who have different badges (girls clubs).
-He just came to Altcoinstalks and gave advice that did not respect us.
-He created tension among the other members with the statement.
-He did not appreciate the admin's work that had made the Women in Crypto subforum for a long time.
-He did not appreciate the admin's work who had checked a few KYCs for us and gave "Girls Club".
-He is not friendly to other members with his behavior like that.

Surely you also have an opinion on the bad behavior possessed by (Fivestar4evermvp) (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=75951).

I don't know much about that board and its first time I'm hearing about that board but I do believe that if women want a separate forum to discuss their issues and experiences regarding crypto-currencies then we as man should not interfere with their board.

I think Fivestar4everMVP just suggested to remove that forum because he doesn't discriminate between women and men. Even I'm firm supporter of women in crypto as they should also be part of crypto world and in fact in every walk of life they should have same freedom of speech as men.

His intention was not to hurt any females on this forum but to remove the barriers that creates differences between the genders. I hope everyone will think peacefully in this matter and come up with a peaceful solution.

that's what's unique about this forum, it provides a space for women to discuss, share experiences, get to know each other,
Dear Mr Fivestar4everMVP, please respect women, don't always look down on them or whatever, because before you came there was already female SF, why when you came wanted to ask the admin to delete female SF?
Maybe in your eyes this SF is funny and useless For us women, we are very grateful to have been given space in this forum to discuss privately

These links you provided are from the Nigerian local board. Do you understand the Nigerian pigin? If no, those texts will make no sense to you but those who understands Nigerian pigin will attest that those texts are quality and helpful.

I don't have problems with the women child board and I will not even trying going there for any reasons. If I want to know what women discuss among themselves, I'll ask my girlfriend.

But if you are rational in thinking, you will understand that creating a sub board for women and not having for men also show discrimination, maybe to women still...LOL

I hope everyone will think peacefully in this matter and come up with a peaceful solution.
We were previously peaceful here and we have never gotten a problem like this.
This is the first time we have had a problem like this, so it's only natural that we defend our rights that have been made for a long time.

This case has been completed and has received approval from the admin if the subforum "Women in Crypto" will not be deleted.
Please check this proof from admin reply --> "Women in Crypto subforum will not be Deleted" (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=315805.msg1476796#msg1476796)
