Ranking difficulty to increase

In the last few days it came to my attention that the ease of ranking on our forum can backfire, especially if bounties refrain from offering signature campaigns to our members.

Their logic is flawed; The argument is that if it is difficult to reach a rank on forum x, then it means that the signature should be more valuable. The problem with this assumption is that in the forum x , rank is no longer connected to post count, but rather when the user registered ....

We can not educate every bounty manager, thus we have to bend the knee. That's why in the coming days weeks and months, the ranking will increase in difficulty.

We will adopt 2 strategies to increasing difficulties:

1- Post count: all ranks above Jnr member, will gradually increase the post requirement, this will never stop, but we will not apply huge post incrementation at a time. This will be continual, pushing the members to continuous contributions, adaptation and evolution. We call this The Red Queen effect.

2- Time & Karma requirements: time requirement will be introduced at one stage, it will limit the ranking up to 1-3 ranks per month.
Karma requirement will be applied only for Snr ranks and above /it is a merit system that would help the best members to reach the top positions.
