When can a member post links and image

It seems one of my client can not post links and image because s/he has a new account.
What are the eligibility to post links and images? Is there any membership to be able to post such things?

It is enough to have 10 activity to get an opportunity of using links. Or you can ask admin about express rank (as I see the topic about this rank is inactive at the moment).

New users can not post links> you will need to reach an activity of 10 before being able to post links (if it's urgent to post links check:  express rank)

1 post is not always equal to 1 activity. Some posts can never be counted as activity, activity can stop increasing until the account will be old enough, etc. So it correlates but not equal.

Why not to add self-checkout also like in some modern stores now? It could be useful for some also. But looks too strange as this is not a store, right? If you don't like an express rank just because it's not a "copper membership", then sorry, but it is an another forum.

There can be some advantages and disadvantages of different decisions. We all know that not so few of those who got a special paid membership on BTT revealed as scammers, just more intentions the bigger scam. So it doesn't guarantee anythign.

Maybe there is a point and maybe some additional rank will be implemented if it will become more actual.

Strange. Don't remember I ever faced with the same problem. As VPN is an intermediate in this case it can be because of it or it can be caused with some other thing. Try to copy your posts before pasting not to type it the second time. If there will be no similar mistakes at others, it is probably on VPN's side or something with your browser.

Thanks, I was having trouble with the VPN service.  Solved the problem, connection was bad = page was reloading. And about karmа. it's not a problem for me to install it if I have an interesting interlocutor. + it is a motivation for active users of this forum. Why not:)
