Why NEO and not Q-TUM.
Q-TUM is a lot cheaper at the moment and it will certainly go up!

I'm mad about not doing the QTUM ICO.  (I bought some once it hit exchanges.) I was going to but then I heard one of the devs had run a previous scam.

Both are good but buying Neo  will get you free Gas which has good value too so that's the advantage of buying Neo. Buying Neo is like buying the golden goose which will lay eggs(gas) everyday !

Current Neo price : 38.09 $
Current Gas price : 18.35 $ ( so you are getting this gas free )

Neo is known to be one of the promising cryptocurrencies in our day. It is believed that At the start of 2017, NEO was around $0.14 but was able to achieve a stunning +21,000% growth. 8 months ago, it has settled down to a price of around $37. As of Q-TUM, I don't know anything about it.
