I think yes, cryptocurrencies can replace fiat money in the future although it will not happen soon but as we know we are in digital era where all of the people have smart phone and access to internet easy, the addoption of cryptocurrencies to be used for payment method daily in the real life is just about the time until it happening.

It is being used as payment method, believe me I have recently bought a flat with it. I'm not bragging but it can soon be used to pay off bills idk! but its not stable though

You are right mate. There is no doubt that it is going to replace gradually. Many countries have chosen blockchain technology to accept cryptocurrency is the medium of secure payment. So, the future will be cashless. We will do transaction virtually.

No, decentralized crypto currency can not replace the existing national paper money. She can only press them a little, but she will not be able to replace it in any way. The main of them are two reasons - decentralization, that is, the absence of a single governing body and its consequent uncontrollability. The second is a large volatility in the price. States will not be able to replace their national money with a completely uncontrolled, unsecured virtual currency.

If crypto-currencies are regulated with stable value or price, probably it can replace money. But I think crypto will no longer serve its purpose as being volatile and a good material for investment.

If there will be a cryptocurrency that has a better features than the cash and if it has no fee in doing transactions then it is pretty clear that cryptocurrency can easily replace cash and we can easily confirm that by using it more than the cash because of its benefits that are good for people who are practical.

The only means cryptocurrencies can replace cash is when governments around the world adopt it. This also will jeopardize one of the fundamental aim behind the inception of crypto, that is decentralization. We should not wish for this to happen, for if it does, crypto will be centralized in order to make it more stable.

It's far from true.  Cryptocurrency can't overtake Fiat. Eventhough, cryptocurrency has a potential to be a payment method. It can't replace Fiat.
