Recently I participated in a bounty that seemed not transparent. They lock the spreadsheet until the final end of the stake count. What is your opinion? are there any rules like that in bounty?

Maybe it is because of their system or programs.
I also think about security purposes because there are so many scammers.

Considering bounty participation, bounty managers has any right to change whatever they want to so its normal to see that.

The problem of Bounty is now a lot of scam and also the problem about bounty is his project is all nothing successful, most bounty now much that no clarity of his.

I've been doing that lately. I saw a new project, read the information in the bounty topic, website, white paper. Next, I add this project to the bookmarks on the computer and after two weeks I read the topic again and look at the results tables. If they are empty and not filled weeks and rates 50/50 I will not take part in it!

Did you read their general rules ? Because its seems you didn't, bdw bounty managers can changes the rules of their bounty.

actualy there are times some bounty campaign have sensitive to there spreadsheet,because they lock it,isince from the beginning of the campaign until the end,because they protect there information,and i experience thats kind of bounty campaign in dock.io campaign,thats i could  not see since from the beginning my stakes but in the end i've been recieved a rewards,so therefore dont worry so much about thats situation ,and continue your works being a bounty participants.

The main reasons of this is the bounty manager is annoying of constantly asking about the rewards even they are still finalizing the stakes but the negative aspects of this is that some of the bounty managers are really making some dishonesty which is they are afraid to be find out like abusing the campaign by joining some multiple accounts of them for their additional tokens to earn.

You'll learn to appreciate good bounty managers as you do this for a while.  There are always going to be hard ass managers as well as flaky managers.  Depending on how much involvement you have in this, you may want to only do good bounty manager bounties, and skip the others.  I'd say on average you still get paid more than you don't, with any of the three.

Bounty problem is still a conversation, because bounty campaign work is in the interest of many people, bounty campaign project is good at work by everyone, but bounty campaign projects mostly SCAM or bounty is not clear its origin.

They control the rules of the game. If your opinion does not matter to them, I will advise you leave and join another bounty. There are a lot of bounties here and the managers are ready to listen to you and explain things better to you. Why should spreadsheets be locked?

I will always quite a bounty if they don't take spreadsheet update seriously.
