As another comment, all the current jr members without any merit has been downgraded to Newbies.
This is both fair and unfair for the jr members, however it will increase the quality of the forum.
This can also cause the spam users to move to our forum.

Yes, the new rules on bitcointalk. org are very unfair to new members, regardless of their good intentions. Anyone who previously wrote similar quality messages now has ranks of heroes and legendary ones there, and those who joined this forum recently even with more than 200 active activities have the rank of beginners without any prospects for advancement in rank. Participants and full participants in that forum also do not have the slightest prospects for promotion in ranks. Therefore, the outflow of participants will continue. In my opinion, the high ranks there have united to be able to make good money themselves. They simply eliminate superfluous competitors.
