It is possible. A project can provide another way to promote its token sale. They possibly reach the successful in several ways. However, bounty is effective way to promote ICOs. That's why a project needs bounty hunter to run it.

Bounty is not the only way to advertise a project, I agree but it is certainly one of the cheapest. Besides, the bounty hunter has an incentive to see that the project succeeds so he/she goes all out in doing serious marketing. Many investors come in through this way.

I believe that bounty hunter can really help or has a great function to make a project successful.  Because bounty hunters is really the one who promote project to invite more investors and make invest into it. I believe that project really needs a promoter so that the information about the project will scattered and many investors will maybe invest into it for good.

It may or it may not. But i do believe that bounty hunters do contribute a lot in the promotion of a certain project. Bounty hunters in some ways were the ones who furnishes the possible investors the start-ups needed for a certain project to be recognize or acknowledge in the market. They can provide some additional informations or analysis and the strength of the product from the specified tasks assigned to them. As some says, bounty hunters are great influencer. They can either make or break the public's awareness.

From my experience, many projects succeed because they are supported by many bounty hunters. The role of the bounty hunter for the ICO project, in my opinion, is very important. As a bounty hunter, they help promote projects to attract investors. So I think the ICO project will have difficulty succeeding without the help of bounty hunters.
