Can you list some of your strategy to earn free cryptocurrency?
The only possible way to earn some free crypto-currency for newbie members is to look after bounties and airdrops. It still needs some kind of good background in social media to earn enough money from bounty campaigns. You must have a set number of followers in order to get stakes from the bounties.

If you have a skill that you have mastered then you can offer that skill as a service in marketplace and when someone hires you then you can get some crypto-currencies for the tasks that you complete. That's possible but newbies often get trapped by scammers who get their work done but don't pay the ones who complete the tasks. It's always better to work with those members who have some reputation on a forum.

when you have earned some cryptocurrencies with the other methods and you have at least $10 in your account then you can start crypto trading. Crypto-trading will allow you to earn good amount of crypto-currencies but you must have to learn trading first and work on a strategy that may give you good win rate. A newbie friendly strategy for new trader is to buy during the times of dip and sell when price recovers.

A lot of bounty campaigns can be found on Twitter as well as some exchange events/giveaways, I think it's better for newbie utilize these opportunities.
and if you are skilled in trading, you can join trading event, with also competition, You can check up on Bitget KCGI trading competition, Binance futures or even Bybit WSOT

Bitcoin Forum / Re: ATH of bitcoin 2025 ??
« on: May 19, 2024, 08:42:03 AM »
Bitcoin will touch what price at ATH 2025.
By looking at Bitcoin's movement during the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, can we predict what price Bitcoin will touch ATH?
By seeing at the chart on coingecko and CMC, it seems that bitcoin will touch more than 100K USD.
After the ETF was approved, bitcoin fell..
What happened ??
But for now, bitcoin increase again.

I believe we will reach by at least $100K BTC in 2025. Just look at your old screenshot and compare the price before vs now, 39k vs 67k, do you see that price has increased significantly and that price was just early 2024? It doesn't matter where we go, BTC will do its thing. Overall, things are now looking positive for Bitcoin.

Holders aren't also missing the action cos its increasing in numbers. Bitcoin is money everyone knows it  8)

Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) / Re: What i should look in a dex?

Look for liquidity and most importantly all statistics & analysis. If you don't understand what I mean, you can check uniswap info by searching it on google. You'll see uniswap has their own statistics.

Indian Languages / Re: Which deposit method is your favourite?
« on: May 14, 2024, 06:14:34 PM »
Got into a slightly heated discussion with co-workers yesterday and I thought I'd bring it here for thoughts and answers. We were talking abt deposit method which is most suitable for large amounts. For my best friend sitting next to me, its the good ol' fashioned bank transfer because according to him, its just easier. For another guy, funding crypto wallets (whether big or small amounts) should happen through credit or debit cards because that's best and we're all used to making use of these cards anyway.

For two of us at the table, peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers was the pick. Privacy is paramount and that's the major reason behind this choice since it eliminates banks and other 3rd parties.

Personally, I see no reason why a person who is into crypto for the sake of decentralisation in the first place, would want to use bank transfers. But that's just my take, I'd like to hear yours.

P2P is the most aligned choice for many folks who value privacy and decentralization. Why involve traditional banks when crypto offers a way to bypass them?
i use P2P all the time, without worrying about banks and transactions that are exposed. P2P is so popular that exchanges themselves acknowledge it and I don't know if you heard but some exchanges even host events with the requirement of P2P. Recently Bitget announced an event in which you could get up to 1.2K BGB tokens by depositing thru P2P.

Now that's up to you and your friends, if he doesn't like the way of P2P since it's easier, then he goes the harder way anyway haha.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Notcoin On Binance 16th May.
« on: May 14, 2024, 05:04:16 PM »
What a fantastic news Free Telegram bot Mining Notcoin will be listed On Binance 16th May. I think ot is great news for Notcoin Minners. One side it is good news for Notcoin holders on the otherhand it is very very interesting Because Ton network supported Notcoin will be listed on Binance but Ton coin not listed on Binance yet, Very interesting.

Please discuss about Notcoin project and what will listing price. And price Prediction.

My friend was telling to join the Notcoin and tap the coin, I was like lazy though but eventually I tapped hell out of it, reached until 1M. It was beneficial at the end. I'll never forget to thank him cos this got Binance attention.

On other hand, TON has been performing well enough to get Binance's attention. Dunno why they didn't list it yet.

Anyways we're all in this together. Hope to see favourable price, am not selling my notcoin, instead I staked it.

And the worst part is when place the order them no go pay sef. But just to attract sellers to them selves.

Later on they’ll send you message that if you want them to continue the trade that they’ll have to reduce the rate that their rate is too high compared to others - I have encountered them several times and sometimes they’ll want to reduce the rate from 1,300 to 1,200 if not you’ll have to wait for the timer to end (which is usually up to an hour).

There are so many ways that exchanges have to work, in order to help minimize losses in p2p because newbies are definitely going to be hurt in this scheme of theirs.
I am just happy that, I have seen another person that has the same experience with me. I have been suffering this guys that manipulate the naira in Binance from the first day of my visit to the exchange when I was about to sell NGN200k and the vendor say the price wey him put e dey high so him go reduce the pay. So we come dey negotiate oh but finally I no come gree. Na so we leave the trade me sef I look for another vendor and sell ma coins. And this same thing happened to me again in OKX last month. And di worse of them ll na di Kucoin. FG needs to ban dat exchange automatically because di kind of fraudsters wey dey there e too plenty.

Nowadays there are scammers from Binance to OKX, not sure why they have not taken action before. But I didn't use them afterwards. Since there are still good p2p alternatives, Bitget is the one I have been using for p2p without any issues since the merchants are quite reliable and quite trusted too. You can use that one for moving forward.

Hopefully things get straightened out in Nigerian crypto space soon though. I don't know what they achieve by pulling this off. They just talk about money and money

Former Binance CEO CZ: I Will Do My Time — Crypto Industry Has Entered a New Phase

Former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has expressed his gratitude to the crypto community for their support following his four-month U.S. prison sentence for pleading guilty to money laundering charges... See more for yourself here.

Your opinion is greatly appreciated.

Tough news, but at least it's only 4 months. Apparently, even the judge was impressed by all the support CZ got in court. The guy built this whole thing from scratch, still runs it...he's really taking one for the team with Binance.

DeFi tokens / Re: What's on your Defi token list..
« on: April 22, 2024, 05:42:37 PM »
Hey mates, just a quick one. Now that Bitcoin halving is completed, I'm looking to accumulate some defi token. I've got ftm, inj and recently wormhole. Anyone else you think I should add, share the DEFI projects you're monitoring..

And also, What's the possibility of DeFi dominating the market in this run?
You can refer to the DeFi List on Coinmarketcap to see the top tokens in DeFi. In addition to native tokens like AVAX, ICP, FTM, some really attractive DeFi tokens that I am interested in are: LINK (oracle), DAI (stablecoin), UNI (DEX), MKR (Lending), LDO (LSD), AAVE, ENA.

I hope they will have strong growth in the near future as the DeFi summer returns and attracts new capital to the market thanks to extremely attractive APRs.

This helps mate. Already gone through, but most of these are already above 500M in mcap which for a small trader, might be difficult to do some good numbers. But I found one that kinda got me attracted, below 200m mcap. Alephuim, heard of it?

I checked this project on Bitget. It looks like a good project and it's a good competitor to KASPA, Since it shares some similarities with KASPA, both aiming to address scalability challenges in blockchain technology. The current price of ALPH might be attractive to some investors interested in the project's potential. So I guess I might get a bag of it. I actually have some KAS, so I'll see which one does better in price comparison and growth especially.

If we see bull market this year which token will be the best profit to hold. Although risk is higher of newer altcoins but older altcoins are now more dependent. Thinking that buying before the bull market will be more profitable!

The logic here seems to be that if you take Bitcoin or Ethereum for example, they've been around since the beginning of cryptocurrency.

Therefore, if you invest in them now, it doesn't necessarily matter where the price goes in the short term, because you trust the projects enough for them to ultimately succeed in the long run. Similarly, any project that has been around for a while and is still actively pushing forward with its development, utilizing its team's full potential, could be a good investment.

But don't put all your trust in any one project.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Which do you prefer, CEXs or DEXs?
« on: April 04, 2024, 07:28:52 PM »
  • Which do you prefer, CEXs or DEXs, and why?

My preference is that I use CEX on daily basis. Because it's easy to trade w/o any issues like transaction being delayed. And again why I prefer? CEX has better liquidity compared to DEX swaps. I know others can be higher than CEX. but most of all CEX ticks the box.

I do use DEX but not always.. It's just my opinion, but I don't hate DEX at all :D

Quote
  • For CEX users: Does KYC concerns impact your choice of CEXs?

Nah. KYC is like a key to unlocking your door to do anything you want. For me, CEX reputation is one of the reason I trust them with my informations.
There's nothing to be afraid if you didn't commit any crime and or have no crime under your identify.

Quote
  • For DEX users: Do you believe DEXs have the potential to completely replace CEXs in the future?
DEX will always be there and the potential of it to completely replace CEXs is 99% certain.. Why? DEX is a freedom for all of us, we can trade and do transactions without being traced.

Honestly, this sounds something new to me and worth exploring as it sounds good, checking the internet for additional information I found this article on Linkedin

Decentralized Identity (2023): What It Is and How It Works

You mentioned that you did found projects that has this concept, its better to drop projects for us to check, who knows this could be the next trend in the market, just tired of meme coins that has little usage its time for a new trend where usability is the main components.

Well that's why I was wanting to ask questions regarding this... How beneficial it can be? I mean i know we must research thoroughly but it doesn't hurt anyone if I seek knowledge from you fellows  ;)

This came across me while I was seeing a discussion with some crypto enthusiasts on a platform. So I came right here to see how this works, I'm surprised you also new to the concept. If you wanted to check projects based on this, give a google search like I did. "DIDs crypto projects"

You mentioned that you did found projects that has this concept, its better to drop projects for us to check, who knows this could be the next trend in the market, just tired of meme coins that has little usage its time for a new trend where usability is the main components.

If he will do so, this topic will go to trash or to Incentivised Posting and he'll get new warning, -karma and probably some negative badge. He opened this topic just to get this question and shill some project after that. So it is okay to talk about that in general, but shilling some exact projects is not okay for the accounts which are operated by known shills. ???

Well I'm sorry mod. that my question might seem unacceptable. This seem unfair cos I don't think I should be bashed for asking this question. Also, I never claim to be a financial advisor rather I try to seek knowledge, after all we are all in this together and learn right?  ;D

Many of us were well known the Coinmarketcap from where we receive all cryptocurrency like coins and tokens details like on which exchange they listed, what is the 24-hour treading volume, or which platform they based on, etc. These days many new crypto coins and tokens was introducing and listing on many exchanges and It makes a very difficult decision for the investor to choose which coins or tokens should they invest to make some good profit. Many of the new cryptocurrency was makes a good pump in their stating days and after they dump in a very dramatic way. This cause a big loss to the investors and the trust in these types to new coins and tokens was finished. So, the main question is that Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens? or it is good for a very certain time of investment?
Just saying this for newbies: Just because you see coins/tokens on CoinMarketCap doesn't mean they're safe. It's very risky to invest on these. You gotta know the goal of the project, what they do like what purpose that project is made in crypto space? How it can benefit us irl? etc. Do your own research.

Now back to your question, I'd say again, yes it's very risky to invest in coins/tokens.

When I was in the same situation like you, I started searching for new tokens. so I eventually got into a new one. Ofc, I made a research but the goal of their project was to take all money away. Even with research, I got scammed and they dumped on me. It was a P2E game, with tamagotchi themed. It was so promising that I had to invest in. So now I had learn a lesson after realizing that I made a mistake doing that.

Hey guys, so I was checking some projects to invest in this space, since we are nearly there to the event of btc halving. so I thought about investing some on good projects, whether short term or long-term, gains are gains I guess.

This came across to me about decentralization identifying verifer, if I explain about this, it promises to put users back in control of their own data. So it's eliminating the need to rely on centralized authorities for verification. I wonder what will happen if it really gives people power over their digital identities? I believe it could make many processes easier that depend on 3rd party verification. This could improve many things such reducing fraud and online transactions.

What do you think of this, do you have anything that could give me a point to invest in these projects that support this concept?

Can you believe the crypto space in the Middle East has really blown up over the last few years? Man, the growth of crypto in the MENA region has been insane to see. These places have really come out of nowhere to become hubs.

I was just reading an article about the rise of the crypto industry in the MENA region. It was interesting to learn about how much growth the space has seen across places like the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Per the article, Gracy Chen stated that "Blockchain and crypto have found strong support in the Middle East and have been accepted widely." She makes a good point about how locals have widely embraced the industry.

You see, exchanges in the region have also leveled up. From what I read from the article, Bitget has been doing some great educational programs to help adoption too. Getting the word out through initiatives like their Blockchain4youth. I think with so much action from every angle, the MENA region could become a global leader in no time. If all sides keep putting in this kind of work, who knows what could come out of there next.

So what do you think about the region expanding in crypto? Will we see a Middle Eastern city or country emerge as one of the top players in crypto in the long run? With the level of investments and initiatives happening now, it seems promising that the Middle East will play a leading role globally in the crypto industry.

Crypto gaming (GameFi) / What are your favorite Play2Earn projects?
« on: March 21, 2024, 03:44:28 PM »
Looking back at the P2E space, it has seen tremendous growth and innovation recently, offering players exciting opportunities to earn while having fun in virtual worlds.

I think the most successful P2E games will be the ones that strike the right balance. They need to be genuinely fun to keep people engaged while also having sustainable in-game economies. Otherwise, the value of the token rewards can crash.
Personally, I'm waiting to see some P2E titles that have more traditional game-like qualities. A lot of them seem very simple at the moment. I wonder if we'll see a crypto game with the depth of some of the big mainstream titles someday.

So, what about you guys? Any P2E games that really hooked you?
