I am not opposed to airdrops for people who test new projects, as this is somehow a work, like beta testers.

But surely you know those who claim airdrop usually only care about profit from selling token/coin they receive, rather than seriously test the project itself.

The only reason I can think of is that they are using it to scam, is that true? Or are there other uses?

Scam is probably most common reason, although i expect few developer would rather buy tBTC rather than mining or ask from faucet which could take more time.

Никто не участвовал в проекте, раньше назывался Gaga, а потом Мэйсон, что-то такое. Я начинал год назад вроде, но забросил, так как что-то не получалось. Те, кто продолжал, даже ноду ставили, платили за нее бабки. Вчера в телеге нашел пост, причем не один, что наконец-то люди получили вознаграждение — аж целых 10 монет, говорят, это сейчас 10 баксов  2 года коту под хвост — вот это отношение к пользователям.

С годами приходит опыт, обходить стороной эти бесплатные активности. А у меня, судя по тому, сколько я в свое время переделал такого бесплатного, опыт очень большой) Хотя и не теряю надежду, что что-то может выйти и раздать.

Yeah exactly because jumping into something we don't know especially in investments is a suicide or some kind of a gambling . And doing that is double the risk of the cryptocurrency's volatile nature. If we are not that sure then I guess better not try or else losing is very possible.

That's one of the risks when we invest but don't have further information about the coins we buy. It's better for us to invest in bitcoin which in my opinion is safer and doesn't require doing too much research. We all know that Bitcoin has the potential to generate a lot of profit if you implement long-term investments.

Ya, itu semua hanya sebatas prediksi walaupun banyak orang yang percaya seperti itu. Silahkan ke riset sendiri-sendiri terkait keputusannya, tidak dianjurkan untuk ikut-ikutan yang lain tanpa analisa/riset sendiri.

Saya juga berencana sell semua kalau Bitcoin bisa mencetak ATH lagi, mungkin di kisaran $80k - $100k. Menurut saya di rentang ini sudah sangat cukup untuk TP karena bisa saja Bitcoin tidak mampu naik ke $100k. Sebaiknya punya perencanaan alternatif, jangan 100% mengandalkan TP di $100k atau lebih.

Banyak prediksi bertebaran dimana-mana kalau Altcoin season akan di mulai di tahun 2025 tapi ritmenya gak bakalan semulus di tahun 2021 kayaknya, kalau halving tahun 2020 kemarin, sekarang seperti lebih banyak tantangan dan penyebab Bitcoin dump entah itu dari news perang atau larangan, kalau dulu masih aman dri itu semua jadi pergerakan dan alur btc sangat cepat mencapai ATH.

Itu karena biasanya peak nya BTC terjadi di tahun setelahnya pasca halving. Kalau di periode sebelumnya, halving kan terjadi di tahun 2020, peak nya ada di tahun 2021 (ATH BTC). Periode kali ini, halving ada di tahun 2024. Maka secara historis kemungkinan peak nya harga BTC akan terjadi di tahun 2025. Tapi ini kalau dilihat dari sisi historisnya, bisa saja tidak seperti itu skemanya kali ini.

I live in a country where we don't have any online payment services because they are blocked by payment services, so the only way available here is via P2p.

Bitcoin cannot be purchased directly, so we use other methods, for example by purchasing a stablecoins such as USDT Tron, BUSD.

Well, what you already said, I would say is the only solution for anyone who lives in a place where they can not make online payments, for example, here in Nigeria when crypto currency was still very new, we used to be able to buy crypto directly from exchanges with our bank debit cards and so on, but after a while, international payments with our local atm cards was blocked by the central bank, and crypto trading was banned also, so we all shifted to p2p means of buying and selling our cash for crypto or crypto for cash.

Today and right now, the ban on crypto have not been lifted yet, but online payments have become very rampant and now, we can comfortably buy and sell crypto and make payments through online means without the government knowing exactly which is crypto payment and which is not.

In the nutshell though, if card payment works in your country for international transactions, then it's possible to buy crypto and pay directly with your bank card (if crypto is not banned in your country though), but in a situation where bank card isn't working, then the only effective solution remains p2p.

So far I have seen only 2 countries that give permission to purchase bitcoin directly using your bank card. In my country, if you want to buy bitcoin, you have to buy USD based on the Tether network and send the USD you have to an exchange until finally you can buy it. bitcoin, it is quite complicated because in my country there are still no rules or regulations regarding purchasing bitcoin legally.
