Checking addresses balance in bulk

Bitcoin Address Balance Checker works very good, but is there any way or some tool that can check balance for all addresses in 12 seed phrase words?
This needs to be done offline because of the risks of losing everything if something goes wrong.

What you're looking is software/website which let you import master/extended public key which generated from seed/recovery words. On Electrum, you can obtain that by opening your wallet, click "Wallet" and then click "Information". Although i'm not aware of any software/website which let you do that.
