I think is looking for good bounty managers with good past is the best way, but even though you might get scammed by the ICO so do your own research about the ICO and bounty manager before participate.

If you are not a good day trader, it's low risk of investing long-term in Bitcoin and Ethereum other than alt coins because along past years both coins were increased thousand times.

If you able to see the history of the tether all the time it's worth 1 us dollar so if you able to convert you BTC and ETH into Tether in a higher stage you will able to buy more at the dip because Tether never scales with BTC or ETH.

I think its gonna happen in neither this year nor in future. Even some coin be able to over bitcoin I don't think it will be ethereum.

The main reason is bitcoin is decentralized so governments can't take the control of bitcoins and some other say because due to volatile of bitcoin market.
