bitcoin or altcoin ?

I support both. Bitcoin is the king of the market, all altcoins are affected by Bitcoin, Bitcoin is the most popular, and every day it has huge trading volume, it is capable of pumping up prices. For altcoin, I just chill out with high potential and valuable altcoins, because they have high growth potential. Currently there are a lot of altcoin not worth and they are scam, so I usually choose the altcoin located in the top 20 coinmarketcap.

I personally prefer do day trading, So I prefer altcoin like ripple. It is more potential to do that.

People keep making this argument and my point still holds,both are awesome. BTC is undoubtedly lucrative but we cannot deny the fact that ETH and some altcoins have been very promising this few years. Lets invest in both if we can.

For long term I prefer use bitcoin, For trading or short term I like ripple. Ripple is more stable coin and good for trading.

I personally prefer Bitcoin and several alt coins like ethereum and Litecoin.  I have gotten alot profits from them.

yes I also prefer bitcoin and some other altcoins because I can get many benefits from them. because they are both good for investment. but I only like bitcoin because bitcoin is the top coin and will soar in the future

For long-term investment, I prefer Bitcoin, but for trading I prefer altcoin. I think altcoins are great for trading, because altcoins have higher price fluctuations, and this will make us able to get high profits if we can take this opportunity. we can wait for the price of the coin to drop, and sell it when the price rises high.

Altcoins' fate depends on bitcoin. Last year Bitcoin unexpectedly surged. And if you had btc at that period you'll be very profitable. But in 3 months(october-december) btc surge about treble; other altcoins surge maybe 5-10x.
