But in my opinion, UAE authorities just for their region. If the UAE regulates ico globally, it might give benefit for one party (UAE) only.

Maybe each region should have its own authority institution, to regulate their area.
Then, they can unite to form the Global Securities and Exchanges Commission

Well soon or later will there are ICOs regulation for global although it will takes long time, but at least for now the regulation of ICOs on local country is a good progress for the ICOs because as we know system of ICOs is something new in the world. We must be patient until all of countries around the world addopts the ICOs system in their regulation of instrument of investment, in my personal opinions it will happen soon and we can make investment in the ICO safety from the scam ICOs.

I agree with you the ICOs will be addopted by mass in the future if all of countries around the world makes clear of regulation about the ICOs because there are many scam projects out there and good news related with ICOs regulation there are some countries started regulation of ICO on their countries, you can check more about it on my posts above i have shared about the regulation of ICO on some of countries.

I also believe ICO will be adopted by mass adoption in the future for sure. If UAE is ready to regulate cryptos then its a very good news. It will definitely boom the market sooner or later. In my opinion regulation will reduce the number of frauds.

I think if the ICO is protected by a government based on the law then the ICO should not be a SCAM.
It is also possible that if ICO does not reach Softcap it will be possible to say SCAm and the project failed.

Soon or later the cryptocurrencies and any other related with cryptocurrencies (ICO way to get investors) will be used by mass, it will replace the traditional investment IPO on the stocks markets, because it is very difficult for small investors to making investment in it. We know almost all of people can participate in the ICO projects than participate in the IPO projects, the ICO has many benefits than IPO on traditional investment.

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) said they will also tighten regulation in the trade of cryptocurrencies to boost investor security.
