Malta really support for start up cryptocurrencies market, one of them is Kubitx, a Pan-African financial technology startup registered in Malta, announced the beta launch of its new cryptocurrency exchange on Thursday. ​​Zebpay has registered a new office in Malta.

Because of restrictive policies of the Central Bank of India regarding cryptocurrencies the company decided to move its office.

The new exchange will offer services to residents of 20 EU countries. It will not be available to residents of India.

The Exchange has not yet made any official statements about starting work in Malta.

Zebpay’s latest statement regarding the closure of the trading platform in India, stated the company will continue to offer Bitcoin wallet services to users.

The pass rate for the exam developed by the Maltese government for financial services practitioners seeking to obtain cryptocurrency agent certification is reportedly only 39 percent. The exam is part of the requirements mandated by the country’s newly established Virtual Financial Assets Act.
