Banks have the approval of the governments and as time goes on and cryptocurrency gradually crawls to hit the mainstream, the banks will change and improve upon their service. Banks will be left with no choice than to integrate Blockchain and cryptocurrency in their services in order to fall within the trend.

Don't see how integrating crypto currency into a bank account would benefit people, since crypto gives you the ability to be your own bank, and funds appear to be safe on the block chain or paper wallet.  In terms of that crypto to cash connection, that kinda falls under exchanges, not banking.  The most important part of a bank in north america is to provide a mortgage, its not that hard to find a place to store money, but only big financial institutions provide such big, long term loans.  I remember my first online wallet experience felt almost exactly like an online bank, it supported multiple currencies and I could send it in dollars, and it would send the required amount of chosen crypto.

I agree. From where I am from, there are banks who are now integrating blockchain technology. Even our central banks approve cryptocurrency exchanges.
