We cannot say so, theres so many projects that has good content, the way they present their project, the timeline, etc but at the end it still a scam. Maybe checking the team members has a good posibility to determine a scam project

I think if the group is not having so much activity to promote their coin. Also if the admin in their telegram is not that responsive when it comes to queries.
