Is it normal that projects will not pay bounty rewards because their sales doesnt reached the target?

Is the bounty manager will be liable to here even its not in their control that ICO failed?

I want to joined Soc Med campaign but I read somewhere that some projects really dont pay at end because of ICO failure.

Yes, I think it is normal.  If ICO failed to reach at least their minimum caps, they will refund the investor so they have nothing to share with the bounty hunters.

You can always blame the bounty manager, but they are not responsible to that.

That is a risk of being bounty hunter and I've been there and I just move on.

This is common that bounty is not paid finally. Not only because soft cap is not reached.

I have seen all kinds of not paid bounty campaigns. This is a always a gamble when participating in bounty.

Sonner escrow was rule number one and a must have for any fundraising on the forum or in closed communities. Later when there was more as hundred ICO in a month nobody ask or remember escrow option anymore.

If every ICO has funds in really trusted escrow there will be no almost no scams. Funds should be releases to the team when they fulfill scheduled roadmap checkpoints. This is so easy to implement and even possible to be fully managed by a contract. Everybody  knows that but nobody want to use it because  they will lose the control of the money and literally obligated to fulfill roadmap.

Yes this is normal and it is really happening in the world of crypto bounty hunting. That is why most of the bounties that I am joining are the one who reached its soft cap to be sure that it will be a successful one.

Some implemented that once the project did not reached whatsoever they planned to achieve soft cap and hard cap, there won't have payment.

Bounty managers have nothing to do with the failed ICO so that makes them free to be blame from us because they are just managing the campaign not the ICO.

Yes if they cant reach their softcap ofc they wont launching their coin and they only pay with their coin exactly. So if their coin cant listed on exchanger, what will the coin/token use for?
and talk about the bounty manager they only help to manage their Thread and they help calculate the stake. after that they give the report back. So its not bounty manager fault if some ICO dont reach the soft cap. We as a bounty hunter must research them too which one is good and which one is bad. so before joining some bounty task, its already our task as bounty hunter to research them too.

The bounty manager is only responsible if the scam project he handle is not just happen seldom but most of the time. Meaning bathe bounty manager is not good to be trusted.

Thats why bounties are risky, if you dont have the strength to choose good bounties you may able to quit without having a profit

Unfortunately, non-payment of tokens with the participation of generosity ICO in companies now is not so rare. The manager of the bounty is not responsible for this, in most cases he is also an employee and is responsible for filling out the table and for communicating with the ICO team.

That is the reality of bounty campaign having unable to reach the ICO price sale or failure to reach the target of softcap making to to refund the investors and of course their is no liability of bounty manager to adhere their side why the campaign is failure because they give us there best to make the project be funded, with all the marketing strategy applied it result to be nothing.

yeah, in some cases the incident really happened, and many of the bounti hunters came out and started to be careful to choose a good project.

I've met until now, the bounty manager can't do anything even though the project fails, because the one who controls it is the founder of the project, not the bounty manager.

That can be considered normal but for this bounty it becomes very sad. Bounty has worked hard with energy, mind and time, and they don't get anything if the project fails. Therefore, being selective in choosing ICO projects is very important to avoid project failure.

That possibility can happen. It all depends on the Project. If there is indeed no investor entering or the target market does not meet, the Bounty Campaign may not be paid by the manager of the bounty because of that. I do not know why, like that, it is clear that I feel sorry for the Bounty Hunters if something like this happens.
