Nigerian Languages / Re: When Binance returns, will you return back?
« Last post by enwi on Today at 11:35:13 AM »
Binance is a big exchange, regardless say the failed to fight for their Nigerian customers, and the worst of them is CZ, CZ is a very good man to the global cryptocurrency market as a whole, but then, he has failed his Nigerian users multiple times, I guess the nigga is like me wey no dey like to chuk mouth to wetin I believe say e no concern me, but all the same, it's bad that he never made any supportive comments as regards to his Nigerian customers in times when people expected him to atleast say something, like for example, during the end Sars protest, even Elon musk showed support for the Nigerian youths, but CZ never made any comment regarding the matter, seems hes just after making money from Nigerians and that's all.
If we have to say the truth, it is not even about endSARs or affairs pertaining to Nigeria that he was not involved in, but Binance is truly not doing the right thing. He is providing crypto products and services to Nigerians but not registered under CAC. That is bad. But the way the regulators and federal government are handling the matter is what we do not like. India was wiser.

If Binance definitely returns back to nigeria, I believe some Nigerians will return back to the exchange to continue trading, while some will remain where they are currently, but for me, the only reason why I will possibly return back to Binance is if I get a better deal there, else, I will just remain where I am currently, which is okx and remitano.
There is something about that exchange that I do not understand. The reason why people just like it. If it comes back for naira P2P, Nigerians will use it.
Nigeria may be taken for granted by the federal government so that this problem is not handled well immediately. In contrast to large countries that have good legal powers, they will definitely quickly resolve this problem. Returning the assets owned by many Nigerian citizens who have become victims and cannot withdraw their assets should be one of the main priorities at this time.

I can understand the motives for staking when the market is falling or there are no indicators that Bitcoin may increase, but I see an increasing interest in staking stablecoin, as with a quick search on social media or asking some of my trader friends, I was surprised that some of them are staking large amounts while the market is rising and can earns more by buying Bitcoin.

Maybe they are aware of the correlation between BTC and Nasdaq,
and fear a Nasdaq crash

Kenya police service has arrested the escaped Binance Executive Nadeem Anjarwalla and are working with EFCC to extradite him back to Nigeria within the week to face the law.

https://punchng.com/exclusive-kenya-to-extradite-binance-executive-who-escaped-from-nigeria/?utm_source=auto-read-also&utm_medium=web

Told y'all that nobody messes with the Nigeria Government. The Kenya government will lose more if they refuse to send him back to Nigeria and they are not ready to take such a risk.
It is not different from the news I posted up there. The two news were out for people to read on the same day. The news title is confusing because in the news itself, there is nothing like Kenya police said the Binance executive will be extracted. Everything is still about Nigeria like maybe EFCC official saying something. Although, we all know how Kenya is. The country extradited Nnamdi Kanu but a man that was not arrested outside Africa, not to talk of extra diction?

By the way, how will Kenya lose if they decide not to extradite Nadeem Anjarwalla?

I didn't see your report I must have skipped it somehow....

We can't tell for sure but the reporter said the suspect will be extradicted to Nigeria this week so the only way to verify the info is to wait and see what happens before weekend. The only verified info now is that the Binance rep is being detained by the Kenya Police.

Kenya and Nigeria shares high diplomatic ties and Nigeria as the head of Ecowas and the AU we provide aids to these countries so there's more to gain being in Nigeria good book.

The Kenya government is going to extradite him and tag it "kidnapped" as usual.
It's been almost a week but there is still no latest news about Nadeem Anjarwalla. Really hope Nadeem Anjarwalla gets the appropriate punishment because they manipulated one country's data which is a criminal act that is very detrimental to many people in Nigeria.

Even the current fee still dey burst my dada. A whole $27.36 for low priority.

No Priority:  38 sat/vB $3.55
Low Priority:  293 sat/vB $27.36
Medium Priority:  306 sat/vB $28.58
High Priority:  320 sat/vB $29.88
Source: Mempool
The mempool has become less congested. Although the fee rate is still high than when those Ordinals and Runes have not be created.

As I was about to post this, the fee rate is:

Low Priority: 44 sat/vbyte
Medium Priority: 45 sat/vbyte
High Priority: 46 sat/vbyte

I think it is getting better already.
Currently, it seems that bitcoin transaction costs using mempool have started to fall, it seems that the gas costs required are quite stable. This should make all transactions fairly fast when used.

Low Priority: 10 sat/vbyte
Medium Priority: 22 sat/vbyte
High Priority: 25 sat/vbyte

Cryptocurrency prices fluctuate greatly, and since currencies are irreversible, you use a collateral token, and if the price of the token moves sharply downward, the collateral may be liquidated.
Or you can borrow from someone you know, or you can be lent based on confidence in your account. Here, any delay in paying the fees, or if the price rises sharply, will lead to negative confidence in your account, or at least make you pay higher costs than a regular loan.

Nigerian Languages / Re: Sharing topics between Forums.

This tip is quite alright and informative. I was thinking since the forum frowns at plagiarism, it would be nice the author and link to the post is provided so as to avoid been striked by the Admin or Moderator for plagiarism. I remember early days of teleportation, I did paste a topic here which I already created on the other platform and it was worth the discussion. I had to copy both link and post here for verification and even doing that, I got attacked for bringing a topic already created on the other platform to this platform since I already pasted  and created it myself on the other platform, I could just do that without  mentioning that it was copied but I had to let them know so that I do not have issues of plagiarism and others because when the heat starts I would be the one to face it and not them.

This is my original topic from BTT I copy paste on this forum 3 years ago with a source Link; but in a very unique way that doesn't drag traffic or shown that it was cited to BTT. The topic is in full and the source link is also on it.

See here https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=219145.msg1195003#msg1195003

Use hyperlink for your BTT references..
It's true that including the source of the topic used should be an important solution to avoid plagiarism. Maybe when there is a Thread report like Igebotz, it will be evaluated by the admin and not just be immediately punished because the admin will definitely also consider the account rank they have.

Today Kolkata Knight Riders vs Delhi Capitals is going to be the most competitive game as there is a huge difference between the two teams, Kolkata Knight Riders team has the strongest bowling line and they perform well in both batting lines. But I can guarantee 75% that Kolkata Knight Riders will win this game today.

I posted something I shouldn't have posted, and my account has been tagged. Please how can I rectify these issue?
You shouldn't have posted it, but you went on to post it, and now you are calling it an issue to rectify that your account was tagged, when you Orchestrated your own problems. You need to change, learn and become more intentional with every content you put out on the forum, put in effort to contribute positively to the forum because the frum has a quality and a name to maintain, and maintaining the forum includes discouraging spamming.

Improve the quality of your post and be very intentional, maybe your tag will be reviewed in the future.
It is not only him and just that others are caught in the general boards and the admin nai don give am the red flag wey dem dey use am dey flag around di forum. Yahoo don go warn one of them in his campaign say make him no apply again. They are many and most those guys wey e dey dat side na shitposters and dey can't survive here here oh lolz. But just say dis jay guy own was obvious in the local board.
It can be said that this forum is still quite good and not as harsh as Bitcointlk, so when we find a lot of people like that, maybe we can provide a little explanation so that in the future they will be better and not make shit posting.

without focusing on assets that may increase in value but are difficult to liquidize

Hi HB

This has nothing to do with liquidity.
Assets that can increase in value are also assets that can decrease in value.
They are not-stable assets.
Backing a currency whose value should be stable (stable-coin) with assets whose value is not stable doesn't make sense.

what caught my attention is that their assets are distributed between cash and US Treasury bonds, without focusing on assets that may increase in value but are difficult to liquidize, such as debts and real estate.

Both US Treasury and fixed deposits are debt:
US Treasuries is debt of the US gov, Fixed deposits is debt of banks.

None of them is cash.
There is no cash backing FDUSD.

that is the problem with airdrop, farming, mining and giveaway sometimes it is just a waste of time but there are some you can actually benefit from just keeping trying maybe you can find the right one my advice is just do extensive research on any airdrop and token before you participate or enlist, check the community of the project or just pray it becomes enlisted and have a little bit of value.
Not all the programs you mentioned are always a waste of time. The three aspects you mentioned are when you know how to participate well, you will get maximum results. But if you still have difficulty carrying out several tasks that are really needed then there will be no results and it will be said to be a waste of time.
