We are announcing the roadmap for this project:



Whitepaper - Status Draft:

Due to the mounting pressure for a whitepaper, we decided to create a draft that will be published when ready.

For this white paper we will answer the simple questions: What? Why? How? When?


The What are you doing ?

We are creating an Altcoins community. A community reflected by a community forum & other aspects.


The Why are you doing this ?

There are so many altcoins now, enthusiasts want to talk about their favorite coins in a structured environment where they can find like minded people not hostile towards their altcoin.


The How are you going to do this ?

We have issued a token ALTS : 0x638ac149ea8ef9a1286c41b977017aa7359e6cfa
and we are giving it to people who have joined our community. Any revenue we generate will be reinvested in growth.

The When are you expecting to achieve this ?

This is a work in progress, there are always alot of things to do. A simple roadmap have been planned for the short-term:

Looking at the comments, it appears that the mobile app has been one of the features that members look forward to. I am one with them. A mobile app will make access to the forum easier thus can be more attractive to other people to use.

it is based on points now and activity,
the points you earn can be withdrawn in the form of ALTS tokens
10 point = 1 token
however you need 1 sparta for each withdrawal, sparta can be earned in the special ops section

Are you working on real white paper? This is needed if you think about this project seriously. I have seen alts without white paper but that was always an issue and pointed out many times on many occasions. Whales have to read something before they invest.

Are you working on real white paper? This is needed if you think about this project seriously. I have seen alts without white paper but that was always an issue and pointed out many times on many occasions. Whales have to read something before they invest.

No we are not working on a real whitepaper, but we are working on real software and growth,
if you have noticed there is a new feature every now and then, and that takes development and testing ...
we are building a community, if whales want to invest in that, they are welcome to buy the tokens from the exchanges where they are listed.
We did not conduct an ICO, nor we are selling the ALTS token.

I think there should be a fully written white paper for this project. I know that maintain forum, adding new features is important and for sure time consuming but white paper is like a visit card of an project. Every big investor if he want to invest will ask for it. They can just learn all about a project from w.p and if it's well written they find all technical information and answers to their questions in it. This is just professional to have a white paper.

Sorry haven't seen latest post from Admin that we don't have an ICO.

Still think that white paper would be good but without ICO there is no pressure for that. I was sure there will be fundraising for this forum. Now I like it even better.

Hadn't seen this thread before, I also like the mobile app idea. I tried on my Android to go on this forum and it works, but is very difficult to use.

Never used mobile app but this is great idea to reach more people. This app must be easy to use - very user friendly. i know that when I found an app to be working not good or I can't find my way thru then I stop immediately and ever come back. So if our app needs improvement this should be done before launch or after first complaints from members. Every year there is more smartphones users around the world. Some of them never used an computer before.

nope, the software is way too modified to be replicated in an app,
we might have to scrap the app idea, but it's not a final decision yet.

Well I do still think that a good, detailed white paper will help... I always look for one myself, although admittedly I have become involved with start-ups that were still in the process of developing one. Most of the parts and pieces, graphics, about, how the company operates - what they do, hopefully who are the key team members.... much of that is in the website.

A draft is fine as a start of course, but someone, with the help of the management team, ought to have it down as a priority.

Maybe it is what I see now on the BCT ANN (since this post is over 6 months old) which can be wrapped up into a white paper with some polishing and going over it to ensure it includes all pertinent details that are available.

I think we're right on the cusp of having a forum explosion of people.. things are in place just need a bit of fleshing out.. the mobile app seems like an appealing part of the roadmap and I'm sure will be done on time and to satisfaction.. better start collecting your ALTs now because once the growth gets set in motion, it will likely be parabolic.

This is very interesting and most of the people are looking into this for them to know if the project is legitimate to participate.

There was no ICO for AltcoinsTalks forum and there will be no fundraising in the future. ALT token is distributed among members for free in return for they contribution to the forum. ICO is still illegal in many countries.
