Title: Question about ANN Threads posting.

I have a question about posting new ANN threads in Altcoins subforum.

Can I post ANN thread if I'm not from the team or related with program?

I have invested in project and want to share this opportunity on our forum. This is not for bounty even more bounty already ended and there is only 11 days left to the end of ICO. I just want help to spread the word a little more.
