Title: Why Is The Price Of Bitcoin So Volatile?

Data from Coinmarketcap.com shows a sharp decline in Bitcoin prices from $18,737.60 December 18th of last year to $6,252.44 on February 6th of this year. However, Bitcoin’s value had already increased to $9,959.84 as of February 16th at 21:00. Rather than a steady increase in Bitcoin’s price up to mid-December of last year, this reflects volatility of this leading cryptocurrency.

The reason why bitcoin price so volatile its because since it was created the volatility is one of its characteristics and also once people are on panic selling of their bitcoin  holdings.

Well, there are multiple contributory factors to note. In conventional markets, a volatility index is used to scale volatility. However, bitcoin is still much too primitive to have its own generally applicable index. All we know for now is that it is pretty volatile. And now we take a look at those critical factors that are responsible for the unruly nature of the bitcoin market.

For me to make it simple but sharp Bitcoin was not developed to be stable coin rather it was created as volatile to balance the profit or loses of anyone. That makes interesting and exciting part of bitcoin price climax whether in down position or in up motion.

Cryptocurrencies are known to be very volatile and the prices are not stable. It is an unstable investment because you can not predict when the prices will fall or rise. But holding it for a long time helps one to make profit.
